How much time should be allowed for shipping?

To be on the safe side, we strongly recommend six to seven business days, not including Saturdays. Due to the size and weight of our products, we are restricted to ground or freight shipping services. Other services such as overnight, or guaranteed second day delivery are prohibitively expensive.

Do we offer a die stone product?

We are currently developing a die stone that will incorporate both extreme hardness and a high level of accuracy for surface duplication and dimensional stability. The die stone should be ready for production in 2009. As with all our products, it will be a quality material at a competitive price.

Are there mixing recommendations?

Yes! Keep mixing utensils clean and free of set plaster. Use clean water only. Pay attention to the correct proportions of plaster and water. Do not over spatulate. The consistency of the mix can be altered to suit individual applications by changing the powder to water ratios (please refer to packaging label for ratios).
